Message to clients

If you are reading this right now, you have already taken a very important step towards your healing. You are exploring ways to take care of yourself, and how you can be supported along the way. We all need support sometimes, and I want to assure you this makes you human! As a fellow human, and therapist, I strive to create a warm and welcoming space for you to explore, heal, and grow into a more aligned and authentic version of yourself.

I love this quote by Pema Chödrön: "The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy." My promise to you is to hold space for it all, while providing empathy, insight, and support. I am a very collaborative therapist and will see us as a team working towards your goals, whatever they may be.

If you're feeling stuck in your emotions or situation, please know that you don't have to go it alone. If you think I'd be a good fit for you, please feel free to reach out to schedule a free phone consultation. I would be honored to connect with you!
