Message to clients

Do you feel as though you have a struggle too big for you to handle alone? If you relate to that question, don't lose hope! I am here to tell you that I can be that resource for you! Working with individuals and couples, meeting you where you are in your journey is my passion. I believe that we can work together and work towards your goals- both long and short term. I understand that therapy can be hard work, and can sometimes seem very daunting, but I am here with you throughout the process and will work to make it as comfortable as possible. Together, we will work towards growth, healing and progress.

Ideally, you want to come into your therapy sessions with questions, and leave with all the answers. Though it may not always follow that exact equation, I can assure you that we will discuss and dive into any and all questions you have, work together to find solutions and strategize ways to maintain the progress that you have made.

My motivation in what I do is to meet you where you are in your own personal journey. No matter what you are going through, it is my goal to be there with you in the process towards growth and healing. I work to not only be an ally to you, but also to help make sense of your situation, encourage you and to help you gain the tools to restore your life.
