Message to clients

My philosophy of practice integrates most fields of legitimate and proven psychologically therapeutic methodologies. I am eclectic and integrative in the techniques of psychotherapeutic intervention that I use to help people overcome their difficulties and grow.

The secret of my patients’ success lies in their inherent ability to heal through even the most challenging mental and emotional problems. I act as a catalyst, a therapeutic agent, that permits people to be themselves, and access their innate healing abilities within their own hearts and minds.

In addition to helping people heal, I also have supervised therapists for several decades. Many people have referred to me as the therapists' therapist, and I am happy to be able to be of help to those who help others as well as those who need someone experienced to be able to guide them through even the knottiest of problems. Many therapists have sent their most difficult therapeutic cases to me after they found they were unable to really make a difference in helping a person with very difficult problems that have endured through the years.

I support the use of psychotropic medication when really necessary. However, I have often found that people are over-medicated by the psychiatric community. I always encourage people I am working with to practice meditation in order to reduce, and often even eliminate the need for psychotropic medications.

Come see me in person or via Telehealth. I would love to be able to help you heal and grow, too.
