Allison formed her business, What's Right With You Counseling, LLC in October 2022 after starting her online private practice at the beginning of 2022. She has been a licensed clinical social worker and therapist for 20 years and has worked for hospice, in residential treatment with adolescents, nursing homes, emergency rooms and mental health crisis. She utilizes her training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy to ask skillful, intentional questions in hopes of clients being able to think from a different perspective and come up with different solutions to the issues bringing them to therapy. She believes we are all the experts on ourselves, and the answers lie in the process, not the outcome.
