I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 14 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My practice focuses on supporting people through grief and loss, medical and caregiving stress, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and major life transitions. I also work with individuals struggling with OCD and am trained in both I-CBT and ERP. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with an emphasis on creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Beginning therapy can feel daunting, especially when you're already carrying a lot. Over the years, I’ve found that a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation for meaningful work. My goal is to meet you where you are—with empathy, curiosity, and respect—and to start building that connection from our very first session.
In our work together, I see you as the driver of your journey, and my role is to assist you in navigating the path ahead. There are multiple avenues we can explore, and together we will determine the best route for your unique needs and goals. I would be privileged to accompany you on your path towards a happier, healthier self.
I see clients both in person at my office in Wellesley and virtually.
