Her belief is change comes from new experiences, instead of traditional therapies that focus solely on talking. She creates an accepting and curious atmosphere that is client-guided, allowing the client to express many parts of themselves as they naturally would. Her training in Dr. Rayburn collaborates with clients through an attachment and relational lens which opens the possibilities for new experiences in the therapy room that can be transferred into lasting change in their everyday lives. Clients might reflect on the way that they were raised and how their relationships with their families to connect to their current challenges, including stress responses such as fight, flight, freeze and fawn ( people-pleasing tendencies) and more importantly what to do about it. With greater insight, clients can make more conscious decisions about how they show up in relationships, pursuing connections that are aligned with their true values.

Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) - Recovering from the impact of long-term, repeated traumatic events, such as emotional abuse and neglect
Family issues - Promoting communication and supporting family members to address challenges and reduce conflict and distress
