As a queer therapist, Allyson is most drawn to working with individuals who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community and those who are exploring their sexual and/or gender identities. She believes the more we are able to love and accept who we are the more we are able to feel internal peace. Message to clients

Dear Prospective Client,

I am proud of you for seeking support. I hope that our time together will help you to feel seen and heard, beginning wherever you may be. Therapy is a unique relationship and one where we can practice being human together and begin to heal those relational wounds you may have experienced throughout your life. You are likely to laugh in session and think deeply. Therapy is hard work and does not end when the session ends. You can expect to continue your own process even after session.

Living your truth and existing in an authentic way is an act of courage. You are fierce and resilient and I hope to help you affirm your truth and identity.
