Message to clients

I believe in tailoring each treatment experience to the unique needs of an individual and/or family. I use a combination of solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness techniques in my practice. I strive to work collaboratively with each individual or family to set personalized goals and interventions to support each client’s journey to wellness. I enjoy bringing animal assisted interactions into the office environment to make clients feel more comfortable during their sessions.

Prior to starting sessions, I like to empower each child, adult, or family to determine if Cyrus and I are a good therapeutic match for their needs. Through initial sessions and consultation, I implore clients to ask questions about treatment approaches, availability, expertise, etc. to ensure that they feel comfortable with their choice to pursue counseling with us. We are dedicated, compassionate, and ready to work with you on your journey. We believe everyone has the capacity to change, learn, grow, and heal and we look forward to meeting you.
