Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC Practice: Talk Heal Thrive Psychotherapy Specialties • Insurance & Fees • LocationsHello, I'm Alyx, a dedicated clinician here to support individuals aged 18 and over on their unique journeys of healing and self-discovery. My practice is rooted in compassion and empathy, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner selves.
Alyx's passion lies in helping individuals who have experienced religious trauma, confusion surrounding their religious upbringing, or those emerging from cults or cult-like religious structures. They understand the complexity of these experiences and offer specialized support to navigate the challenges they bring.
As a non-binary member of the LGBTQ+ community, Alyx is committed to providing inclusive and affirming care for all. Alyx works closely with members of the LGBTQ+ community to address their specific needs, whether it be related to gender identity, gender affirmation, or any stage of transition.
In addition, Alyx extends their expertise to those navigating depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and trauma. They believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing all aspects of well-being to help my clients achieve lasting growth and empowerment.
Alyx's goal is to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship, where we work together to explore the depths of your emotions and experiences. They are here to offer guidance and support as you uncover new insights and build resilience to overcome life's challenges.
