Professional statement

Making the decision to find extra support and choosing the right provider is often difficult. The stigma around mental health can prevent us from finally making the first step. I’m here to tell you that you are resilient and you don’t have to navigate this process alone. Whether you experience feelings of anxiety or depression, want to process traumatic events, have difficulty in your relationships, or struggle through life transitions, you deserve to be heard and have relief.

My mission is to empower you to be your most authentic self and help you learn how to improve your quality of life with compassion. By providing a nonjudgmental and safe space, you’ll have the ability to explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and learn effective coping skills and techniques to make lasting change.

I use a combination of therapeutic approaches that are person-centered and strengths-based. Everyone is different and it is my goal to find what works best for you as you take an active role in your treatment. Let’s work together to begin your journey of self-discovery and healing and to create a brighter future!

Message to clients

Now Accepting New Clients! At ClearPath Health, LLC, we offer convenient live telehealth video sessions from a phone/PC and in-person appointments!

I also offer a free 15-minute introductory call to make sure you've found the right fit.

If you're ready to commit to your journey to healing on a consistent basis, the benefits you will see may surprise you. A patient might experience a decrease in depression, anxiety, and low-motivation; an improvement in their relationships, communication, and self-esteem. A patient might also notice relief around the impact of trauma.

I have been licensed to provide psychotherapy since 2016 in Massachusetts where I first started my career. After moving to Florida, I became licensed in 2022. I have 13-years of combined experience in helping pre-teens, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and groups.

I use an eclectic approach which is person-centered and strengths-based. A combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) is often very helpful for patients because we focus on your complete life experience. For those clients with trauma, I'm certified to provide Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
