Message to clients

It is hard to navigate feelings of sadness, loneliness, anxiety, grief, despair, and frustration in life. These feelings may be the result of childhood trauma, loss, stress, and juggling multiple responsibilities. You would like to improve your sense of self-esteem, your ability to express what you need, your ability to challenge irrational beliefs and set healthy boundaries. Through counseling, you will be able to heal and embrace your true self by recognizing your strengths. I will be your partner in this journey.

Using research-based approaches and my own personal healing journey, I strive for providing clients with the psychological, spiritual, and cognitive tools that they need to thrive in life. We will explore your sense of self and how to become a functional adult by identifying emotional wounds from your childhood and practicing self-compassion.

I know that taking the step of seeking counseling is not easy but you will not regret it. Call me or email me to schedule your free 20 minutes phone consultation today! I provide counseling in either English or Spanish, and I am also available during some evening hours. It will be a privilege to work with you and support your healing efforts.
