Andie’s personality is grounded in her deep commitment to helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience (BCN) from the University of Michigan, followed by a Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. Andie has experience working with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of challenges and mental health concerns. Her integrative approach includes person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology.

Andie tailors her therapeutic techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. She strives to create a safe, welcoming environment, meeting clients where they are in the present moment, while building on their strengths and setting meaningful goals to foster positive change in their lives.
