Message to clients

My number one passion is parent coaching... Every child is different and parents often need a specific skillset to parent effectively. Blended families and families facing divorce/separation are also in my expertise.

I'm trained in trauma and resiliency counseling - many experiences can be traumatic - hurricanes, flooding, divorce, accidents, assault, chronic pain, work issues - even COVID is considered traumatic to some people. Anxiety and depression are increasing as the long-term effects of COVID are being discovered.

Seven years of School Counseling experience gives me a unique perspective to address school behaviors and family dynamics.

I teach a three-part parenting course for a local organization that utilizes many Love & Logic principles. I often use the Love & Logic philosophy when supporting parents with their child(ren)'s behavior.

I'm a big encourager of facing barriers in order to become a better version of yourself than you were yesterday.

I'm happy to offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit. Please reach out - it only gets better from here...
