Professional statement

You have been trying for a baby for what seems like forever and you feel like its never going to happen or maybe you are pregnant or already a mom and this isn't how you expected things would be. You feel alone and no one understands your struggles and tell you "everything will be okay."

Maybe you've experienced feeling hopeless, tired, fear, guilt, embarrassment, disappointment, frustration, and you don't know where to go to help you feel like you used to. Trying to search on Google or talking to your doctor for the answers hasn't helped and even talking to your best friend makes you feel even more lost and less understood.

Change and healing can happen and its time for you to feel understood, empowered, heard, and carefree. You want ways to effectively cope with life stressors, to feel unstuck, and like a whole person again who is no longer ashamed, but confident. The feeling like you are at a dead end road has now disappeared and your thinking is more clear. Let's get there.

Message to clients

I practice from a natural holistic perspective with the women I see. I like to meet clients where they are emotionally without pressure giving them the time they need to process, the tools to use, the validation, and care they need.

Featuring the ability for online therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, therapy is easier than ever before for busy lives. Please feel free to give me a call, send me an email or message to schedule your free, no obligation, 15 minute phone consultation. This is a great way for me to get a better understanding of how I might help you, to ask any questions you may have and to see if we are a good fit for each other.
