Professional statement

Andrew’s approach to healing is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to uncovering what makes each client unique. He weaves together psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, internal family systems, and relational work to create a process that adapts to your specific needs. Andrew creates a space where every part of you—especially the parts you’ve hidden away—can feel seen, heard, and valued. He believes that healing begins when we face the truth of our experiences with courage and release the weight of shame that holds us back. With Andrew, therapy becomes a safe journey of self-discovery, where each step toward understanding yourself is met with warmth and respect.

Message to clients

Together, we’ll dive deep into understanding you—your motivations, the patterns you repeat, and the ways your past shapes your present. By exploring your relationships, experiences, and coping mechanisms, we’ll connect the dots to create a fuller picture of who you are. We’ll focus on you as the experiencer, not just the experience, and work to identify areas for growth. From there, we’ll plan actionable steps to help you make meaningful change, using the insights we’ve uncovered. Therapy with me is a collaborative, curious, and compassionate process of self-discovery and transformation.
