Do you find yourself feeling stuck and struggling with a sense of meaninglessness in your life? Feeling lost in uncertain times, moving to a new place, having relationship issues, or grieving a loss are just some of the experiences that contribute to my clients struggles. Whether you're just starting to see the impact it's having on your life or you have been dealing with it for years, I work with folks to help them get unstuck, and on a path to improved well-being, meaning and purpose for themselves, and tools for greater resilience for when life is its harshest.
I believe that everyone has inherent strengths. Let's work together to identify what yours are and how you can better use those strengths to improve your overall well-being. I integrate humanistic therapy, cognitive therapy, and positive psychology to build authentic relationships with my clients and help create an environment that facilitates change.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Please feel free to send me a message or give me a call to schedule a free introductory call so we can determine if I might be the right fit as your therapist.
