Message to clients

I know the decision to come to therapy can be challenging an intimidating, especially if you've never done this before. As your therapist, I will always strive to be present with you, to support you, and be real with you. I'm not here to judge you. I'm here to be your advocate and your ally as you work through whatever you need. I work from the stand point that you are the expert on yourself (even if it doesn't feel that way). While I may be "the expert" in the therapeutic field, my purpose is to help you learn and grow so that you leave my office feeling confident in your ability to meet whatever life throws at you head on. Each session with me is tailored to meet your individual needs, whatever they might be that day.

I'm excited to meet you and to help you on your journey to becoming the person you want to be!
