Message to clients

I work with Asian American and other bicultural individuals who want to on improve self-esteem, address their imposter syndrome, and improve their relationships.

As a second-gen Korean American who was born and raised in New York, I’ve lived in a duality of cultures my entire life. With my lived experience along with my background as a social worker, I approach therapy from a social justice lens.

When you work with me, you'll find that I make the journey of personal growth fun whenever possible, while also providing structure toward our goals. I believe in: showing up authentically and imperfectly, (gently) pushing you outside your comfort zone, and celebrating all the small wins.

Feel free to reach out and schedule a consultation to see if we would be a good match!
