Message to clients

Those who come to me for therapy are seeking to go deep, to process and heal past hurts, and to cultivate more meaningful and rewarding connections and relationships in their lives. Many of the people I see are navigating expansive and challenging experiences of intimacy, relationships, trauma, grief, sexuality, and gender, or struggles with mental wellness that have either arisen suddenly or been present for many years.

In therapy I seek to build a relationship that allows you to process and understand vulnerable parts of yourself and deeply felt emotions while we also look together for ways to shift patterns in order to build the life and relationships you long for. For those looking to process parts of yourself and past experience that you may have turned away from exploring in the past, I am ready to go there with you, providing support in navigating challenging emotions and circumstances to find your inner resilience and most authentic expression of yourself.
