I am firm believer of the importance of the therapeutic connection and the power it holds in therapy for your healing journey. Since I am only offering virtual sessions at this time, there is a lot of flexibility and adaptability due to the fact you can do it from the comfort of your own home, in-between errands and can be accessed even through your cellphones or tablets! My primary goal in making you feel comfotrable is to provide a space where you can explore your thoughts, goals and beliefs/values without fear. You are the expert of your own life - I just provide the space.
