Psychologist, PsyDShe/Her/Hers
Psychologist, PsyDDr. Ann Krajewski is a Clinical Psychologist located in Arlington, VA. Dr. Krajewski specializes in helping clients conquer their perfectionism, codependency, and low self-esteem. This often looks like constant second-guessing, anxiety when things don’t go to plan, people pleasing, constant self-criticism, painful comparisons to others, and never feeling “good enough.” It may show up in relationships, at the workplace, or at home. Dr. Krajewski also supports clients who experience distressing relationship conflicts and anxiety.
Dr. Krajewski’s approach to therapy begins by empowering the client to explore their internal worlds. Clients will learn how to identify unhealthy thoughts, instances of low self-esteem, and a wide range of negative emotions that need attention. Many clients will reflect on painful memories, while Dr. Krajewski helps them process through the pain and understand how those experiences influence their current lives. Dr. Krajewski also encourages clients to look at their relationships, past and present, to understand how they relate to others and how this influences their relationship with themselves.
Dr. Krajewski earned her PsyD from The Institute for Psychological Sciences. Her goal is to help clients build confidence, self-esteem, and self-compassion. She teaches clients how to trust themselves and how to stop picking on themselves in times of distress. Therapy with Dr. Krajewski includes self-exploration, authenticity, healing, and growth.
