Anna is a Gestalt therapist whose practice is open to young adults, including college students and recent graduates, professionals, teenagers, and couples. She works with individuals who are experiencing anxiety and depression, eating disorders, life transitions and all people who want to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. She welcomes those who are grappling with the high-stress demands of life in and around New York City.
Anna received her Master's in Social Work from New York University. She completed post-graduate training at the Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy, and graduated from the Center for Somatic Studies. In addition to her private practice as a therapist, Anna is also a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and is adept at integrating the body-mind connection into her work with clients.

College and graduate student mental health - Specialized strategies for common issues of young adulthood, including school and career stressors, support around healthy relationships, existential concerns, drug or alcohol issues, eating disorders, and anxiety and/or depression
