Interested in soul-making with personal agency versus coping with dysfunctional realities? Dr. Annie is a Depth Psychologist with a focus on tending psyche, shadow work, emotional education, identity transitions, & trauma. The main lens is psychologies of liberation as seen through alchemical, eco-psychological, & cross-cultural perspectives.
The depth lens can be used by those experiencing non-ordinary states of reality, amplified emotions, mania, anxiety, trauma presentations, or to understand your psychological patterns better & create new ones. The psyche-soma models employed include Jungian, Archetypal, Mindfulness, Eco-Psychological, Wisdom Traditions, & Expressive Arts modalities. Dr. Annie facilitates a decolonization approach to tend psyche, wherein we co-create a self-care system through your cultural lenses to teach you how to keep your own council.
We welcome shadow parts, ignored or repressed material, as valuable aspects to your being through processes Dr. Annie calls Alchemical Art & Shadow Play. Dream tending, active imagination techniques, & storytelling are methods used to dialogue with psyche, the unconscious, & inner parts through symbolic languages. We start with that which is asking for your attention.
If you reach out due to intergenerational trauma, a single event, curiosity about your inner world, or existential exploration, Dr. Annie is here to walk with you through the depths safely.
