Anthony welcomes clients of all ages and with a wide range of presenting concerns. Anthony has specialized in trauma care, anxiety, depression, and family therapy. More recently his practice has shifted to accommodate more clients who are seeking group therapy support through unique approaches such as RPG Therapy. Anthony utilizes evidence-based practices in individual and group therapy to achieve clients' goals such as CBT, DBT skills, EMDR for trauma and severe mood dysregulation, ACT, and somatic awareness.
After nearly a decade of working in community mental health centers, Anthony developed a keen sense of social justice, awareness of broader community needs, and how the individual's identity is crucial to wellness. Working in these agencies afforded not only a diverse caseload, but ongoing education opportunities, training, and supervision conducted at the highest standards in the field.
Anthony is currently offering individual and group sessions online-only via a secured video chat platform.
