Message to clients

Reframing Fortitude is the name of my private practice. Through challenging the traditional notion of what strength 'should look like', I work with my clients to recognize the strength in asking for help. The fortitude of vulnerability. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my primary therapeutic approach and sessions reflect on how the power of their words influences their actions. I am committed to using education as a tool for empowering clients and giving them the space to process their concerns with an emphasis on healing. As my client, you can expect a holistic approach to therapy: connecting emotionally, mentally and physically.
