He helps shine light with his clients and provides a safe container to express and experience what needs to be seen, felt, or released.
As a first-generation immigrant, Arash knows the challenges of holding two or more cultures simultaneously and is passionate about people feeling a sense of belonging wherever they are. As a musician and a creative, Arash is actively engaged in the creative process and understands the challenges involved in being an artist. Arash loves and embodies the creative process and uses the creative process to express and expand. Arash is also deeply interested in the spiritual questing of human beings, with broad experience in various forms of religion and spirituality.
One size does not fit all, so he adapts the treatment to best fit the client. Arash uses an integrated, multi-modal approach and is influenced by research in attachment models. He also utilizes mindfulness and emotional release techniques and is certified in Hypnotherapy, Therapeutic Imagery, and NLP. These and other process-oriented work are particularly effective at resolving issues that talk therapy has more difficulty managing, such as phobias, traumas, unconscious patterns, and beliefs.
Arash is trained in Gottman Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and assist couples in improving communication, repairing wounds in the relationship, and growing closer.
