Professional statement

Your life has become a struggle. You are not getting along with important people in your life. Losing motivation, joy, and connections. The future is almost unimaginable. Your thoughts are all (or mostly) dark and negative. It sometimes feels like you are moving through a cloud of molasses. Even when others tell you that you are doing well it seems like a farce. If they only knew! It might be in your professional life or your personal life. But you KNOW you must do something to make it better. You do not want to go on this way.

Or maybe you just need to improve your relationships. You want to get along better with a spouse, a boss, a friend, a relative, or anybody in your life. Dr. Hahn will give you the tools to improve any relationship. But he will not leave it at that. You will practice effective communications until you achieve significantly improved relationships.

Dr. Hahn has "been there, done that". With over 30 years of helping people, he can customize your recovery. He uses the framework of TEAM-CBT an includes tools and methods that will work for you. He will give you 100% support along with the benefit of his knowledge and experience. You will bring your determination and hard work. That is the formula for some of the most effective therapy around.

Message to clients

I have good news and "bad" news. The good news is that I have the tools and methods that can help you reach your goals. The bad news is that it will mean that you will have to put in some serious work. There are people who are ready to change. There are some who are not. I trust you are not one of those people. If you can work with me I am honored to delighted to guide you on this journey.

If you have been in therapy before, this is likely to be very different. I do not want to be constrained by arbitrary insurance rules made to increase their profits. Especially the limits on the time we have to work together. I will give you what you need. We will often extended sessions which lowers the overall amount of sessions.

You will have homework to do. If it will be too much, I understand. But your efforts are critical. We will track your progress and you will give me feedback and tell me if I am doing a good job or I need to improve.

Call me today and set up time to talk. I am ready if you are.
