I’m a general mental health practitioner committed to helping adults learn how to heal their emotional wounds. My work integrates varied evidence-based care models to create a healing experience for my clientele. I believe in a collaborative approach with the individuals, families, and couples entrusting me with their care. When healing my clientele, I tend to gravitate to a more person-centered, family systems, attachment, and dynamic style. I have had the honor of working with clients from every continent except Antarctica.
