Dr. Ashley J. Britton is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist serving North Carolina residents. She welcomes individuals (ages 18+) seeking to create change in their lives. Therapy sessions with Dr. Britton integrate insight-oriented and skills-based approaches with an emphasis on practical strategies (e.g., relaxation and guided imagery) to help clients feel better in session. Sessions with Dr. Britton will gently challenge clients to explore the root cause of their symptoms while promoting new awareness of emotional and relationship patterns.

After the free phone consultation, we will schedule your initial intake assessment to review your history, presenting concerns and goals for therapy. At the conclusion of the initial intake assessment, we will discuss the frequency of follow up visits that is most appropriate and how this will be reflected by billing. If you are using self-pay, the rate will be discussed and mutually agreed upon.
