Message to clients

Greetings! I appreciate you considering working with me to assist you with implementing real change in your life, regarding health and wellness. I'm a trained clinical health psychologist specializing in working with medically-complex patients (e.g., trauma, surgery, cancer, complex medical course, prolonged hospitalization) who also struggle with various mental health problems as well as issues related to major life events.

In therapy, I target pertinent socio-cultural factors impacting health behaviors, chronic illness, psychological functioning. In every session, I make concerted efforts for you to feel heard and validated. I use integrated and solution-focused interventions for health behavior change, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, other complex health issues and insomnia. Each visit, you will gain a practical adaptive coping strategy to add to your coping tool-kit and/or a practical solution to a specific problem.

Currently, my private practice is part-time so I am accepting only a few more patients for the time being. Additionally, I'm currently only offering telehealth services.
