Message to clients

Greetings! I appreciate you considering working with me to assist you with implementing real change in your life, regarding health and wellness. Currently, my private practice is part-time and I'm currently only offering telehealth services.

I'm a trained clinical health psychologist specializing in working with medically-complex patients (e.g., trauma, surgery, cancer, complex medical course, prolonged hospitalization) who also struggle with various mental health problems as well as issues related to major life events. In therapy, I target pertinent socio-cultural factors impacting health behaviors, chronic illness, psychological functioning. In every session, I make concerted efforts for you to feel heard and validated. I use integrated and solution-focused interventions for health behavior change, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, other complex health issues and insomnia.
