I strive to provide a supportive, relaxed environment so that you always feel comfortable in sessions too! I truly want you to feel able to talk freely, openly, and honestly during sessions without needing to censor yourself. Some topics may be hard to talk about but I want this to be a space where you feel you can talk about anything without fear of judgement.
