Ashley is a mental health counselor experienced in working with individuals who struggle with substance abuse, and severe, persistent mental illnesses. Ashley specializes in helping BIPOC women and military veterans who have suffered intergenerational and institutional trauma to heal and thrive. Ashley also treat a range of disorders such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Ashley prides herself on being an eclectic counselor who uniquely tailors her treatment to the needs of her clientele. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University in 2017 and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in 2020. In December 2020, Ashley launched her private practice A&R Counseling LLC. A&R Counseling is open Monday - Friday from 10 am-6 pm and Saturday from 12p-6p.

A&R Counseling, being completely virtual, is designed to provide authentic and rejuvenated healing right in the comfort of your own home. Ashley looks forward to joining you on your journey to healing and enhancement.

Through active collaboration, safe space will be provided for the client to uncover, label, and resolve your emotions. Together, each client will become their best self so that they can victoriously overcome those inner struggles.
