Message to clients

I am deeply committed to helping parents and caregivers develop the skills and strategies they need to manage stress and improve their overall well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, reduce burnout, and find a sense of balance. With a blend of clear communication, compassion, and understanding, I aim to ensure that you feel truly heard and seen throughout our work together. Many of my clients share that they feel deeply understood and supported, and I believe that true healing begins with reconnection—both with ourselves and within a supportive community.

My practice is entirely telehealth-based, using a HIPAA-compliant, confidential video platform for all sessions. I encourage you to schedule appointments when you can be in a private, comfortable space, and I strive to offer a flexible schedule that fits your needs.

Outside of therapy, I stay current with the latest counseling literature and also teach as an adjunct instructor at the University of St. Thomas. In my personal life, I enjoy long-distance running, practicing yoga and meditation, gardening, and spending time with my energetic kids and adorable dogs.

If you're ready to prioritize your wellness and find a better balance in your life, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free consultation to discuss your goals and explore how my approach can align with your needs. You can call, email, or submit an inquiry at any time.
