Ashley helps clients start the healing process in a safe, secure therapeutic environment with some laughter along the way. Xe takes an introspective and restorative approach to therapy, believing you are the expert on yourself. Clients will reflect on how societal views and oppressions impact their lives, which could include talking about historical, cultural, families, or societal influences. Ashley’s goal is to help clients heal from past traumas while also taking steps towards living authentically. For clients who have conflict in a relationship, whether at home or at work, Ashley offers an interactive therapy style that is conversational in nature. Coaching clients through their goals, Ashley provides supportive, inclusive therapy services for all.
Ashley earned a Master’s degree from New York University. They are passionate about helping clients thrive despite the many oppressions unfairly placed on them. They enjoy working with clients across a wide range of mental health topics and collaborate with their clients to put steps in place for healing. All sessions are held virtually.
