Message to clients

Hello! My name is Ashton Dunphy, and I offer individual and couples therapy to individuals in Arizona and Colorado. Have you been struggling with feeling on edge most days, constant worry, or racing thoughts? Feeling down, difficulty with motivation, and like there is no end to the sadness you feel? Are you struggling with having the same arguments all the time with your partner and never being able to get through consistent conflict? Or maybe do you have some past trauma that still affects you and need some help navigating how to cope with these events currently?

It is my goal to offer clients a safe place to be open and honest about how they are feeling. I know how hard it can be to reach out for help when you feel stuck in life, and attending therapy can be a great start to working on some of the struggles you may be having. Clients who work with me report having a decrease in depression, feeling less anxiety and limited panic attacks, feeling more connected in their relationships and less conflict, and experiencing less nightmares, panic or irritability from past trauma.

If you are struggling with any of these issues, we can set up a free 15 minute consultation call to identify your needs and see if we could be a good fit!
