Audra Mets

Hi my name is Audra Mets, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and working on completing my Ph.D. in Couple and Family Therapy. My dissertation is focused on women's issues, and the cultural and social factors involved in choosing their direction in life. I have been in the field for almost 10 years working as a gender specialist, grief specialist, and providing trauma informed care. In my private practice I have focused on helping clients find themselves while minimizing and managing symptoms of depression and anxiety through lifestyle changes and self-care practices.
