Message to clients

Hello,

My name is Audrey DiFilippo, a therapist in South Carolina. I currently provide Teletherapy to residents across the state. With online therapy, you don't need to worry about driving to an office, you can cozy up on the couch or pick a quiet space at work. Some of my clients even take their phones on a walk or a drive.

I work with people who suffer from anxiety, chronic worry, phobias and fears, panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorders. Also women with postpartum depression or anxiety.

When we work together, I will teach you about your brain and how anxiety affects it. You will learn how to retrain your brain to deal with your anxiety. We will do activities together so you can practice at home. For homework, I will give you helpful videos to watch or books to read. Our goal is to work me out of a job and for you to become your own therapist!

I have extensive training in the treatment of anxiety and OCD, and it's always ongoing. I am a part of a group of leading experts in these disorders, so if we can't figure something out, I can go to them for advice.

You can schedule a free consultation or contact me to book your first session. I look forward to meeting you!
