Audrey Lee is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Audrey graduated from Western Seminary with a Masters of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy. Before becoming a therapist, Audrey worked as an elementary school teacher and preschool educator.
As a former educator, Audrey has a strong understanding of the demands and limitations our education system places on children/educators, and she has extensive experience providing classroom support and therapeutic support to parents and educators.
Audrey specializes in working with children, parents, couples, and young adult women who are experiencing anxiety, anger issues, life transitions, trauma, or depression. Audrey is a certified Prepare and Enrich therapist, and she provides pre and posts martial assessments for couples who may be looking to fine-tune or improve their relationship.
Audrey has also completed training in EMDR from the EMDR, Institute, and Audrey currently provides EMDR services to clients while I am under consultation for certification

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
