Audrey Lee is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Audrey graduated from Western Seminary with a Masters of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy. Before becoming a therapist, Audrey worked as an elementary school teacher and preschool educator.

As a former educator, Audrey has a strong understanding of the demands and limitations our education system places on children/educators, and she has extensive experience providing classroom support and therapeutic support to parents and educators.

Audrey specializes in working with children, parents, couples, and young adult women who are experiencing anxiety, anger issues, life transitions, trauma, or depression. Audrey is a certified Prepare and Enrich therapist, and she provides pre and posts martial assessments for couples who may be looking to fine-tune or improve their relationship.

Audrey has also completed training in EMDR from the EMDR, Institute, and Audrey currently provides EMDR services to clients while I am under consultation for certification

Message to clients

Welcome to My Practice! I am a trained Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, and I have experience providing Pre-Marital counseling and support to couples from all backgrounds. I have completed my training in EMDR from the EMDR Institute, and I am currently participating in advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the Beck Institute. In addition, I specialized in working with stressed parents, educators, and also working professionals. In my work with clients, I draw from a client-centered perspective and I incorporate evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and EMDR.

My therapy style is warm and inviting, and I work from a client-centered approach. As a therapist, I feel honored and privileged to be able to journey with my clients through the ups and downs of life. I know that seeking therapy for yourself or your family can often be a scary step, so I commend you for this brave decision.
