Autumn Collings, is a LMFT-S, LPC, and LCDC. She is accepting new virtual clients and individual's needing a Texas state supervisor for hours. She loves thinking outside of the box and integrates various clinician models to make sure each of her clients are able to work toward individual empowerment.
Autumn has experience working with families, adolescents, and adults in residential treatment focused on mental health, co-occurring disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and thought disorders. Autumn’s main therapeutic models include Narrative, Structural, and REBT within interventions pulled in a collaborative format from solution focused, strategic therapy, object relational, CBT, DBT, sand tray, Gottman, art interventions, and therapeutic play.
Education for Autumn includes a Bachelor's within psychology, a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and AAMFT supervision courses.
Autumn's training with REBT was under the mentorship and supervision of Dr .Robert W Adelman who was a direct understudy of Albert Ellis of the REBT Institute.
