Message to clients

Life provides us with challenges we often don’t understand. Therapy is about learning how to face the pain from our past in a way that we gain empowerment. I can't promise you sunshine and rainbows, but I can commit to walking with you each step of the way. I will challenge you and push you. But I will always do my best to meet you where you are at. This is a journey, not a race. We will walk at your pace. YOUR VOICE MATTERS! YOUR THOUGHTS AND EXPEREINCES MATTER! I want to work together with you, so you can reach a sense of empowerment, direction, and re-connection. Whether addiction, family conflict, poor communication, emotional distance, depression, anxiety, anger, or negative thinking is burdening you, we can learn how to face these obstacles together. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Feel free to call, text, or email me to set up your first appointment!
