I use a collaborative approach and work side by side with individuals to tackle obstacles that get in their way of living a preferred life. I bring in a unique perspective and as for feedback along the way to ensure you feel understood and respected. I emphasize a nonjudgmental approach and understand that individuals have unique goals. In the therapy session, I meet where you are at and start from their. I have many tools, diagrams and creative ways of dealing with problems.
