Message to clients

Hello, my name is Barbara and I’m a mental health therapist in California, Colorado, and Utah. If you’re visiting this site, you’re likely questioning if you could be living a more meaningful and happy life. I want to applaud you for taking the initiative to begin your journey. I have collected a variety of skills that have helped others on their path to wellness, and what I offer might be right for you too.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2007, and I founded Solum Life Therapy in 2020! A huge personal success for me. I am a very personable and supportive therapist, there is nothing that you can say that I will pass judgment on. I offer the amazing healing modality of EMDR therapy to help those who have suffered trauma, along with other holistic methods aimed to calm your mind and help you have healthier relationships. As a nature lover, I will definitely encourage you to get outside and get moving. If we’re fortunate enough to meet in person, I’d love to take you on a walk and talk session. I believe in the effectiveness of online therapy, and I look forward to working with you in whatever setting feels the most comfortable.
