Message to clients

In therapy, I use an individualized approach with each client to help them meet their needs and develop healthy coping skills. I enjoy assisting clients in identifying their goals and creating a concrete action plan that helps to strengthen insight and facilitate change.

I believe it is important for clients to find a therapist that they feel is a good fit for them to allow the client feel comfortable being vulnerable and open. I strive to make therapy sessions are a safe space where clients can experience unconditional acceptance and support. It is a privilege to walk alongside a client through whatever challenges they may be experiencing.
