Dr. Ben Malkin, Psy.D. is a neuropsychologist and therapist licenced in New York and Florida who specializes in seeing clients with a variety of neuropsychological and cognitive deficits as well as various medical issues.
After receiving his bachelors in psychology from Lander’s College, he pursued his doctorate in School Psychology at St. John’s University, and trained in Columbia University Medical Center and the Center for Applied Psychology during his internship year. He completed a fellowship in Pediatric Neuropsychology in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he conducted neuropsychological evaluations for childhood cancer patients and survivors, to help them reach their potential despite their challenges.
Dr. Malkin also has extensive training and experience in treating individuals with ADHD, emotional disorders, autism, existential conflicts, relationship difficulties and addictions. His modality orinetation includes CBT, REBT, behavioral therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. For more in-depth therapy Dr. Malkin is a certified trained Internal Family Systems therapist.
