Professional statement

Beth specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. She provides a safe, supportive space for clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, helping them move beyond survival mode and reclaim a sense of peace and empowerment. She is especially skilled in supporting those with complex trauma and high-stress professional backgrounds. Beth also specializes in working with LGBTQ+ Christians navigating the complexities of faith, identity, and trauma. She provides a compassionate space for clients to explore identity integration, spiritual struggles, and healing without fear of judgment.

Her therapy approach is rooted in neuroscience and the body’s natural ability to heal. She integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, and other trauma-informed modalities to help clients process and release trauma in a way that feels safe and manageable. Believing that healing is not one-size-fits-all, Beth collaborates with each client to build self-awareness, emotional regulation skills, and resilience.

Beth holds a master’s degree in counseling from Colorado Christian University and has been in the mental health field since 2019. She has advanced training in EMDR, neurofeedback, crisis intervention, and Motivational Interviewing.

Beth offers telehealth options for those who prefer remote support. She is committed to providing a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.

Message to clients

Before we begin working together, I want you to know that this space is yours—one where you can show up exactly as you are. Healing is not a linear journey, and there is no right or wrong way to move through it.

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where we can explore what’s happening in your mind and body. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, or other challenges, I take a body-based, neuroscience-informed approach that acknowledges the deep connections between your experiences, your nervous system, and your sense of safety.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do this alone. My approach is collaborative, meaning we will work together to find what feels right for you. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and other trauma-informed modalities to help you not just process what has happened but also build the skills and resilience to move forward in a way that feels empowering.

I believe in the power of curiosity and self-compassion, and I will always encourage you to listen to what your mind, body, and emotions are telling you without judgment. More than anything, I want you to know that there is hope. No matter how stuck, lost, or exhausted you may feel right now, healing is possible. Bad things happen—and so can healing. I am honored to walk alongside you in this process, and I look forward to seeing what unfolds as we begin this journey together.
