Having completed post-graduate education at the Trauma Studies Center, Beth is an expert in trauma recovery, helping her clients feel more stabilized and find relief from physical and emotional symptoms. She meets clients where they are to gently guide them as they process distressing memories and uncover their inner resilience. She also specializes in substance abuse issues, treating both people who struggle with use and those who are impacted by someone else’s use, such as parents and partners.

Beth incorporates somatic and experiential techniques into treatment, offering Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as an adjunct to talk therapy when beneficial.
