Message to clients

Struggling with food, body image, or self-worth can feel isolating—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in working with teens and young adults facing eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and attachment challenges. My approach is empathetic, understanding, and non-judgmental —I prioritize creating a safe space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Family-Based Treatment to help you build self-compassion and lasting change. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to connect.

With 12 years of experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, each bringing their own unique challenges and strengths. I believe therapy should be flexible and tailored to your needs—whether you prefer structure and concrete strategies or space to process emotions at your own pace. We’ll collaborate to find what works best for you, ensuring therapy feels supportive and effective in helping you move forward.
