Message to clients

Whether it is your first-time trying therapy or you are returning to therapy, you have made the very first step towards becoming the best version of yourself. Being able to find someone who you can share your ins and outs with, be yourself and take away lessons that will help you build yourself is important.

In life we already have to wear so many masks. In therapy, there are no masks, just our authentic and vulnerable selves. It can be scary, feel awkward and difficult but trust the process.

I look forward to working with you so that you feel understood and connected while taking this huge step on your healing journey.
