Professional statement

As a seasoned second-generation psychotherapist, Bianca delivers a unique and valuable skill set. Bianca has been a private practice clinician for well over a decade, and is licensed in both Texas and Florida.

Bianca has gained experience in several areas - both inpatient and outpatient centers, working with juvenile offenders, conducting DBT groups with eating disordered patients, divorce mediation, family conflict resolution and end of life support.

At the center of her work is a strong therapist-client alliance, enriched with her multi-cultural world experience.

Bianca embodies the core values of warmth, respect and positive regard in the therapeutic relationship. Clients will find their experience to be completely personalized, led by a steady awareness and respect for the window of tolerance surrounding internal safety.

Bianca respects the significance of human attachment and the power of internal defenses protecting the inner psychic world of her clients. She also recognizes that mind and body are connected - somatic symptoms do not exist in a vacuum. Therapy work must seek to re-establish mind body harmony.

Bianca's experience touches on a wide array of human struggles including: codependency, substance and process abuse, post-traumatic stress, obsessive thinking, depression, anxiety, grief, family systems, marital and partner conflict as well as abuse of all forms in children and adults.

Bianca also offers executive coaching and career path support, with a specific passion for female executive empowerment.

Bianca enjoys working with teens age 13 and up, individuals of all ages as well as couples.

Message to clients

Dear Reader,

In today's world, many of us are cut off and alienated from our true, authentic self - a healthy, balanced ego state. Our bodies produce symptoms in an effort to alert us. Sadly, we often ignore these warning signals or we attempt to medicate the symptoms without working to understand the root cause of the problem.

Many people come in describing a loss of passion and vitality in their lives, an inability to be spontaneous, anxiety, depression, dissociation, insomnia, panic and addictions of varying kinds.

In every human being there exists an instinctual desire to be whole. A pressing urge to make right that which sits uncomfortably in the psyche. A desire to live a life unburdened by excessive guilt and shame coupled with the freedom to enjoy a fuller and less restrictive emotional experience.

It is HERE, on this footing, that I have the privilege to meet you - with warmth, respect and confidentiality.

A partner in your quest to claim back the wholeness you were born with.

I am ready for you...

Blessings to you,

Bianca
