Bianca has been a private practice clinician for well over a decade, and is licensed in both Texas and Florida.
Bianca has gained experience in several areas - both inpatient and outpatient centers, working with juvenile offenders, conducting DBT groups with eating disordered patients, divorce mediation, family conflict resolution and end of life support.
At the center of her work is a strong therapist-client alliance, enriched with her multi-cultural world experience.
Bianca embodies the core values of warmth, respect and positive regard in the therapeutic relationship. Clients will find their experience to be completely personalized, led by a steady awareness and respect for the window of tolerance surrounding internal safety.
Bianca respects the significance of human attachment and the power of internal defenses protecting the inner psychic world of her clients. She also recognizes that mind and body are connected - somatic symptoms do not exist in a vacuum. Therapy work must seek to re-establish mind body harmony.
Bianca's experience touches on a wide array of human struggles including: codependency, substance and process abuse, post-traumatic stress, obsessive thinking, depression, anxiety, grief, family systems, marital and partner conflict as well as abuse of all forms in children and adults.
Bianca also offers executive coaching and career path support, with a specific passion for female executive empowerment.
Bianca enjoys working with teens age 13 and up, individuals of all ages as well as couples.
