Blessing is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with experience supporting individuals facing substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, prenatal and postpartum depression, and life transitions. She takes a client-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and focusing on their unique needs. Blessing uses a holistic perspective to guide individuals in developing healthy coping skills, fostering self-love, and incorporating mindfulness practices to enhance well-being. With a focus on trauma-informed care, she supports clients on their journey toward healing from trauma. Her therapeutic techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), ensuring a compassionate and tailored approach to each individual’s healing process.
