Dr. Bonnie Kane is a psychologist in private practice with an office in Providence, RI. Her practice focuses on women in transition, loss and grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management. She particularly enjoys supporting women experiencing an array of challenges including those related to relationships, grief, identity, and careers.
Dr. Kane has an abundance of clinical education and experience helping individuals heal from grief and loss. She takes a psychodynamic approach, helping clients explore their history to understand how aspects of their unresolved past influence present relationships. A large component of her practice is allowing clients to tell their stories at their own pace without judging or rushing the healing process.
Dr. Kane works with teenagers, young adults, adults, couples, parents, and seniors. She is committed to providing a safe space for trauma survivors to process their experiences and take the first step toward recovery.
